Returns: We want you to fully love what you ordered, in case you don't you have up to 30 days from the day you received your item to return it for store credit only. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.
Contact us at email@example.com to start the return process. We will issue you a quick store credit and email you a return label. When requesting a return please include the order number and the email confirmation sent to you when you ordered the item.
Once you send the return item back, please keep records of your tracking information. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. We will email you an online store credit code in the amount of the item returned minus the shipping charges.
Final Sale: Please note Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged Items: We always examine every piece that leaves the boutique making sure it meets our quality standards, if you happen to receive a damaged item, please let us know via email within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues, must be handled by USPS.
Returns are free when you return or exchange in store.
